The blind is easy to set up and the price isnt bad however it fades really bad and the I-loops to stake it into the ground are not very durable 2 ripped off while trying to stake it into the ground and 3 more ripped off after a couple of days of leaving it out in my hunting location. Those are two things that I would have thought would have held up better!

WOW!WOW!WOW! Man I can't get over how quick and easy setup and take down is.I just received my Turret xl Hub yesterday and took it from box and had set up in 2minutes.And the blind is awseome with the hanging style window covers and all the room it has.
I am amazed at the quality of the blind for the money.awesome just awesome

I bought this blind last year for my 13 year old son. It is extremely easy to transport and set up. He can carry it in the woods and set it up himself. The quality seems good. We took it out last week and checked it for any damage during storage, so far it has none. It should be good to go for another season and hopefully well beyond. Highly recommended.

Well I got my new ground blind in the mail last Friday 8/19/2011. I decided I’m going to put it out for a test run Saturday morning and to see how easily it would go up and down. Following the directions on YouTube the going up of the blind is a piece of cake and takes less than 2 minutes to fully assemble minutes. Anchoring down the tie down cords will take you another 2-3 minutes and then you are ready to get into the blind. The overall size of the blind will fit two people with gear but not as big as me. This blind is replacing an Ameristep Penthouse blind which had tons of room but after 6 years it didn’t make last seasons heavy snow fall in New York.
One of the first things I noticed to my liking was the quality of the zippers used on the entry flaps as well.
Always been of the opinion that the better the zipper, the better quality. Solid and sturdy zippers that won't break Is a real plus for me.
The next thing that I liked was the way the netting and closure windows attached to the blind and that was with buttons and elastic cord. No noise from pulling on Velcro. Another personal choice to my pleasing. The mesh also has an overlap feature where you can stick a shotgun through it rather than shooting a hole in your mesh.
It folded right back together like it was supposed to and went into its carry bag without any trouble at all. The carry bag also has two straps designed to be used like a backpack so you can throw it on you back and carry your weapon of choice on a trek into a new place to hunt. Another real pleasant surprise was the Price plus and free shipping WOW. So far this blind has earned AAA+ in my eyes and will be tested this season. It will be out from September through the end of November.

Ok, I have to admit I haven't used my new kill hut yet but what I was super impressed with the response I got as soon as I ordered the Turret XL online. I'm talking email after email and no $&^% the turret showed up on my door step the next day. I live in BFE Montana, just south of Way the f#^$% out there, and these guys (and gals) got me a pretty decent pop up really quick. Wish you all worked in the Military cause I think I'm still waiting on stuff to arrive after a year. Anyhow, here is my take on the turret. Great design, would have liked a little taller but size is good. I'm a bit curious as to how the material handles colder temps. It may not be an issue but I have had similar materials get brittle and crack or when you leave them up for a bit and then they get cold it becomes tuff to keep the material from breaking when taking down. Love the overhead opening for those hot days, that will vent the pop-up and also give me a good place to strectch when in the hut for a while. no zippers makes for a quiet set up. Would have liked to see different camo patterns like the Mossy Infinity or some grassy plains for goose hunting or at least a little bit more lights on the material. the Camo pattern currently used is pretty dark and at 20 yards turns into a dark blob (something out of place to an elk or deer). The added cover straps was a great idea and will help displace some of the darkness of the camo. The Shipping was SUPERB. Weight is great, seems really light, I was expecting somethign a bit heavier and set up was a sinch....one person, with one arm and a beer in hand could do it (might have to use teeth but it's do-able). Thanks for a great killerhut fellas!!! Time to do some scouting....

Just got your Blind today ,Took 3 mins to put it up and then put my big butt in it..
Love how fast and easy it was to put away...There's room for all my stuff and still room to move around..Taking elk hunting in Oregon this year Thanks again for the great price and Quality

I previously had a blind that opened easily but you had to manually add in 2 tent poles to prop up the roof. it was very hard to do especially in the dark. i had been looking to purchase another blind that was bigger and easier to put up. i had been wanting to try one of those $300-$400 blinds but had read a lot of negative reviews about them. and watching youtube videos of the process of setting them up looked extremely confusing. also, that was another of the complaints that kept popping up on reviews of these more expensive blinds.
I found out about the killzone turret xl on the hunting website. i had never heard of the company so i decided to look it up. once i saw the video of how incredibly easy it was to set up, i was sold. of course i was expecting this blind to run well over $300. WRONG! i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw it listed for under $100. I didnt hesitate to order it that moment.
the blind arrived and from the moment i opened the box i was pleased. this blind sets up every bit as easily as the video shows. i had it out of the bag and set up in about 2 minutes. when i crawled inside i was even more pleased. i found 2 large pockets for storage. small details make the difference! as i start playing around with the windows, i see that the side vertical windows have the mesh with the slit to slide a gun out of. beautiful! i'm thinking, i wish the mesh came off for bowhunting. and what do you know...they are held on with velcro. i ripped them off and put them in the inner storage pockets.also, on the outside there are straps all the way around to add branches to help break up the silhouette. incredible!
this blind is a steal for the price! i truly can't believe i found such a quality blind that is so easy to set up, has great features (big and small) that make this blind worth its weight in gold. and it wont break the bank. Killzone has made an incredible product and priced it for every hunter. Kudos guys! love your turret xl!

Upon receiving this item, I noticed one thing that I liked right off the bat. It has shoulder straps on the carrying case. I took the blind out of the case and it took me just minutes to set up. The directions show you exactly how to set it up. Once the blind was up and I got inside, I noticed how much room there was. Also, that there was only one set of zippers on the whole blind. The only zippers were in the back where you enter and exit the blind. The windows are all straps which makes for a quiet blind. Overall, this blind is excellent and when I buy another blind, this will be the one I purchase.

I just received my Turret XL Hub Ground Blind. First of all I would like to say thank you to customer service for replying to my questions before making the decission to purchase this product. I received this product so fast I could not beleive it. I opened the product, and inspected it, what a bargin for the price. Quality of this blind is excellent. If you want a quality blind for the bargin price this is the one for you to buy. I took it out of the bag, and had it set up in less then 2min right in the living room. The size is great, I had 3 of my kids inside with me, and still had room. The mesh windows are great, and easy to drop down if you choose to open them all the was. Veiw is great all around. Just as fast to take down 2 min. What a Great product. Thank you Killzone Staff cant wait to hunt in this Blind.
