The KillZone Turrret XL shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the support poles, hubs, hoop frame, and defect in material stitching. This warranty excludes shoot through mesh, window coverings, tie downs, and ground stakes. Damage caused through improper use or use in high wind conditions will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety.
KillZone Lay 'n Slay
The KillZone Lay 'N Slay shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the frame support poles and defect in material stitching. This warranty excludes mesh window coverings and seat pad. Damage caused through improper use or use in extreme wet conditions is not covered under the terms of this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety.
KillZone Vertical Advantage / Recon Tree Stands / Tree Sticks
KillZone Vertical Advantage and Recon Tree Stands shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the frame welds only. This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as the tree straps, foam pads, and carry straps. Damage caused through improper use will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety. A fall restraint system should always be used with any tree climbing equipment.
KillZone Hunting Chairs and Stools
KillZone hunting chairs and stools shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the chair/stool frame only. This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as the fabric seats, carry bag, and carry straps. Damage caused through improper use will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety. Damage caused through over recommended weight use will not be covered under this warranty.
KillZone Shooting Stabilizers
KillZone hunting chairs and stools shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the adjustment mechanism only. This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as the foam handle, carry bag, shooting yolk, mud disks, tip and cover, and compass. Damage caused through improper use will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety.

The KillZone Igloo and Igloo XL shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty applies to the support poles, hubs only. This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as plastic windows, window coverings, tie downs, ice stakes, and carry bag. Damage caused through improper use or use in high wind conditions will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Damage to outer material caused by ice pack, freezing water/ice, or wind will not be covered under this warranty. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. Any modification of the product will void the warranty in its entirety.

The KillZone spotting scope shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. This limited warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only . This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as the lens covers, tri-pod stand, and carry bag. Damage caused through improper use will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. The KillZone Rifle Case- 46" shall be warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. Damage caused through improper use or damage caused by extreme weather conditions will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. This warranty excludes wear and tear items such as pocket closures, zipper and id holder. Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible.
